(WBAP/KLIF) — Border Patrol Agents in Texas are reporting high infection rates of COVID among their ranks since the onset of the omicron variant. U.S. Customs and Border Protection recently released a statement saying agents will continue to deliver on important agency missions.
Officials suspect over 2-million known illegal aliens have crossed the southern border. Meanwhile, the effects of the Biden administration’s open borders policy continues. Another human smuggler along the Texas border has crashed his vehicle loaded with illegal immigrants. This follows a December crash in Mission, Texas, that killed a mother and her daughter.
An 18 year old smuggler was evading police when he broad-sided their vehicle, killing the two instantly.
