Texas Lt. Governor in Quarantine after Testing Positive for COVID

HOUSTON (WBAP/KLIF) – Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick’s is isolating after testing positive for COVID, according to his campaign.

“Governor Patrick experienced mild symptoms and tested positive for COVID-19 last week,” said Patrick Campaign Senior Advisor, Allen Blakemore. “He has subsequently tested negative and is completing his quarantine period.”

According to Blakemore, Patrick’s symptoms were mild and no one else in the household was infected. He continues working from home and is expected to return to a public schedule by the end of the week.
