Garland (WBAP/KLIF) – Garland Police have arrested a 19 year old suspect for the murder of a 22 year old woman. Lucio Angel Ortega was found in Caldwell County northwest of San Antonio. He is charged with the murder of Bianca Vasquez who was shot and killed in a Garland neighborhood Friday evening. Ortega will be held in the Garland Detention Center in lieu of $1,000,000 bond.
