(WBAP/KLIF) — The Biden Administration’s policy decisions have received mixed reviews. Democrats praise the president having America’s best interests at heart.
However, the Heritage Foundation’s Jim Carafano criticizes the president for dividing the country, while hurting businesses and the economy. Carafano points to open borders, stringent COVID mandates, and the attack on the oil and gas industry as failing policies.
The new Omicron variant is forcing more international travel bans from the Biden administration. The bans are meant to slow the spread of the new variant and protect Americans. Carafano says the president is jumping the gun on Omicron’s threat level.
The Biden administration has suffered a series of court losses over its COVID-19 policies, including ones involving vaccine mandates. Federal courts have struck down two policies instituted by the president, namely mandating health care workers and government contractor employees to be vaccinated. Carafano says the president isn’t considering the affects of his policies.
