DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The COVID-19 vaccination site at Fair Park is now closed.
More than 496,000 COVID shots were administered since the vaccine mega center at Fair Park opened in January. Now, as supply outweighs demand, the site has shut down. But Dallas County medical Director Phil Huang said there still be me opportunities to get vaccinated.
“We may do a pop-up over the next couple of weeks,” said Huang. “And we’re also looking at trying to have some presence during the fair.”
Doctors are still encouraging anyone who hasn’t yet, to get the COVID vaccine.
