(WBAP/KLIF) –Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins,Thursday, announced new orders for the county’s emergency declaration. The new precautions have been included to assist out of work families and limit COVID-19 exposure
Dallas County capped late fees for rent at $15 a month, added safety rules for manufacturers and distributors, and required essential business employees to work from home if possible.
The judge also reprimanded Hobby Lobby for continuing to remain open during the shut down and said his office was drafting a cease and desist order. Jenkins added the new rules, Thursday, during a press conference.
