Fort Worth Middle School Students Arrested Following School Fight

FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – Five Fort Worth middle school students are facing criminal charges following a school fight.

According to the Fort Worth Police Department, the fight happened at Rosemont Middle School Tuesday morning. A Fort Worth Police Officer assigned to the school and a security guard were hit the face and knocked down when they tried to break up the fight.

“No major injuries on either the staff member or the Police Officer,” said Officer Daniel Segura. “No one was transported to the hospital.”

At least eight people suffered minor injuries in the fight. Authorities are investigating what exactly led to the melee.
