Dallas-Fort Worth – There’s a Flash Flood Warning for Tarrant County until 10am. Our Chief Meteorologist Brad Barton says, “East Fort Worth is really flooded.”
Fort Worth Fire has been busy with several high water rescues on the east side of the city near 820.
Spokesman Mike Drivdal says several rescues had to be made this morning. He urges motorists to not risk getting stuck, “turn around, don’t drown.”
Meantime, Oncor has restored power to scattered Fort Worth customers affected boy outages earlier this morning. Scattered outages during heavy rains affected about 3,000 customers.
And delays are increasing at the airports. Call ahead.
