FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF)- The Fort Worth ISD board voted to fire teacher Georgia Clark after posting a series of tweets about illegal immigrants to President Donald Trump. Clark, an English teacher at Carter Riverside High School posted several comments on illegal immigration to Trump from a now-deleted twitter account.
One of the tweets said, “Mr. President, Fort Worth Independent School District is loaded with illegal students from Mexico. Carter-Riverside High School has been taken over by them. Drug dealers are on our campus and nothing was done to them.”
Clark can appeal the dismissal to the Texas Education Agency within the next fifteen days. WBAP/KLIF reached out to Clark’s attorney, Brandon Brim for comment, he has not responded at this time.
