GARLAND – WBAP/KLIF – Garland Police are asking for the public’s help with home or apartment video that may have been recording traffic or vehicles in the area of Northwest HIghway and LBJ Freeway between the hours of 4 and 5 AM Saturday morning.
Spokesman Pedro Barineau says a man was found shot behind the wheel of his black Lexus around that time; it rolled into a Starbucks parking lot and came to rest almost touching the building.
Video recovered so far has police searching for a light tan or silver – light colored in general – pickup truck, possibly Toyota. Call Garland Police if you can help supply video that may help them find the suspect or suspects
