Irving (WBAP/KLIF) – A teenager has been arrested for the road rage killing of a man on an Irving highway. 18 year old Jose Lopez was arrested for shooting 34 year old Juan Casas Cruz October 7th on Loop 12 near State Highway 183. The two may have been involved in some sort of minor traffic accident a short time earlier in Dallas. Casas Cruz died of his injuries. Lopez was arrested Thursday, and is now in the Irving Jail facing a murder charge.
