(WBAP/KLIF)- Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price attended an Economic Summit at the White House and has some exciting news for the city.
Fort Worth’s getting two new companies, bringing over 600 jobs. Mayor price met with the Trump administration to talk about job growth and job creation. “To have the chance to be there, for Fort Worth and Tarrant County to be recognized by this Administration, whether you agree with them or not it’s always nice to be a part of the conversation,” Price said.
The city will be announcing the two new companies within the next few weeks.
Price said she anticipates being invited back for a discussion on education initiatives.
