ARLINGTON (WBAP/KLIF) – Arlington Police call them the “cell phone bandits” after they were caught on surveillance camera stealing phones from a Verizon store on North Collins St.
Steven Bartolotta with The Arlington Police Department said they acted as if they were going to purchase a phone and as the customer service representative walked away they cut wires off two phones and ran out of the store.
Bartolotta said Arlington Police did confirm that the suspects were at the same store yesterday. He described them as two black men and one woman. One man had a cast on his right arm and the other about 5’0″ with face tattoos. He said the Woman was about 5’7″.
