Plano, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – A 69-year-old Plano man has been indicted on seven different charges related to child pornography or sexual assault of a child. Daniel Steffen has been in jail since August after a teenage boy told police about a binder that ended up having pages full of nude photos of multiple boys.
The Dallas Morning News reports the teenager told his mom about Steffen having him perform sex acts, but that she did not believe him.
Steffen was also investigated for child porn accusations in Richardson more than 20 years ago, but was never indicted.
