DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) — Late yesterday, the Pentagon announced they made a mistake in the court martial of the suspected South Texas shooter.
They failed to report his 2012 convictions for assault. That would have kept him from being able to legally purchase a gun.
Former JAG officer and defense attorney Brian Bouffard stopped by the morning show to talk with Dave & Amy. He has some insight into the court martial process, and how the mistake might have happened.
