FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF News) — Divers have been searching for a 15-year-old boy who disappeared into the Trinity River near the East 4th St. Bridge in Fort Worth late Thursday afternoon.
Two dive teams worked until 9:00 pm Thursday night and will resume the search Friday morning. Searchers said the water was murky and that swift currents after Thursday’s heavy rain may have been a factor.
A witness said the boy was fishing and swimming with an older man when he went underwater near a shallow dam.
