LANCASTER (WBAP/KLIF News) — Lancaster Police have arrested the man who was caught on video pointing his gun at a woman on I-35E in Lancaster during a road rage incident last week.

49-year-old Joseph Sida was charged on Tuesday with deadly conduct, a Class A misdemeanor.

He turned himself in to Lancaster Police Monday afternoon and told investigators he thought the cell phone used to record the incident could have been a weapon. He said that’s why he pulled out his gun.

Victoria Best was the other driver — she posted a video to Facebook of him pointing the gun at her. She says she took the video after he repeatedly braked, as if, in her words, he was trying to cause her to rear-end him.

As of Tuesday morning, the video has been viewed more than one million times.
