SAN ANTONIO (WBAP/KLIF News) — Ten people have died after a semi-truck parked outside a San Antonio Wal-Mart was found with nearly 40 people in the back being smuggled into Texas.
Thirty others have been hospitalized for heat stroke and dehydration, with temperatures in the 100’s all weekend.
San Antonio Police say a surveillance video at the Wal-Mart showed cars coming by to pick up the people from the 18-wheeler. The driver of the truck was arrested.
