Lance Armstrong Pre-Trial Antics Heat Up

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) – Lance Armstrong’s $100 million fraud trial is months away, yet his fight with the government and former teammate-turned-rival Floyd Landis is heating up. Armstrong wants to bar testimony and evidence, including the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency report that led to his downfall. Landis doesn’t want Armstrong telling jurors about his own doping history or question his motives in a case that could earn him more than $20 million. Trial is scheduled for November.
