More Than 20 Dead After Explosion at Ariana Grande Concert in England

LONDON – Police in Manchester, England report 22 are dead and nearly 60 are injured after the explosion following an Ariana Grande concert at Manchester Arena. A rep for the U.S. singer says she is okay.

Police say they believe a man acted as a lone attacker, carrying explosives on him. British Prime Minister Theresa May says it is being considered a terrorist attack.

LONDON (AP) – Police says there are “a number of fatalities” after reports of an explosion at an Ariana Grande concert in northern England.

Police advised the public to avoid the area around the Manchester Arena Monday night.

There were no immediate details of what happened during the concert by the American singer.

Video from inside the arena showed concertgoers screaming as they made their way out amid a sea of pink balloons.
