DALLAS COUNTY (WBAP/KLIF News) – One of the two men involved in a fight at a local gospel radio station is speaking out about the incident.
It was during a debate between all four candidates for John Wiley Price’s seat on the Dallas County Commissioners Court. Candidate Dwaine Caraway tells our sister station 1310 The Ticket, the cell phone video of the fight between him and Price doesn’t tell the whole story…
“What the video shows was one side of it and that was the side of my reaction to John’s actions. But, they did not show John’s actions.”
During a press conference at his campaign office on Tuesday, Caraway said he was just trying to defend his campaign worker who he claims was assaulted by Price…
“Picked him up by the throat off the floor in which the videos have been released to the press and to the public did not show.”
Caraway apologizes for losing his cool, but says he was tired of, what he calls, Commissioner Price’s constant bullying.
Calls for comment to Commissioner Price’s office have not been returned.
