David Yates, the premiere real estate and home improvement host in Texas, airs weekends on Talk Radio 570 KLIF bringing listeners his newest radio show, “The Home Improvement Zone with David Yates” broadcasting live every Saturday, 2:00pm-5:00pm from the KLIF studios in Dallas “The Home Improvement Zone with David Yates” will also air nationally via satellite distribution. David Yates, host of the Home Improvement radio shows since 1997, has been in the homebuilding/real estate industry in Texas for more than 15 years and has managed the sale of more than $100 million worth of homes since 1991. David is a Licensed Realtor® in Texas with Keller Williams, Realty and a home builder, and was named a Certified Sales Professional in 1993 and a Certified Graduate Builder in 1997 by the National Association of Home Builders.
David was honored by the Dallas Home Builders Association in 1997 with a McSAM Award, naming him the best sales professional selling luxury homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. He has been honored by Bob Vila’s “Restore America” for his outstanding preservation efforts; he built/developed the AT&T Home of Tomorrow at the 2000 State Fair of Texas, and produced HOME Magazine’s American House of the Year. David was honored to build the 500th Habitat Home in Houston in 2005.
