Burk is president of Rosenthal Retirement Planning, LP. He is also a Registered Principal offering securities through National Planning Corporation, a Registered Broker/Dealer. Burk has earned the following certifications: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Chartered Financial Consultant®, Certified Retirement Counselor® and Certified Fund Specialist. Burk established his own independent advisory firm in 1992, after spending several years associated with two national financial services firms and has been advising clients on financial matters for almost 20 years. His financial services industry background includes teaching Retirement Planning at Tarrant County College. Burk’s advisory philosophy is based upon educating each client in an easy-to-understand way, so that the client can make well-informed decisions regarding their financial future, focusing his advice on the needs, goals and objectives of each client. He personally oversees six associate financial advisors; two are also licensed attorneys. Burk is the author of numerous financial articles and is a valuable resource for the news media. He has appeared on CNBC, CBS News 11, ABC News 8, UPN 21, ABC 15 News, and served as a retirement specialist on TXA 21. Burk and Julie live in Fort Worth with their twin daughters.
Julie Rosenthal, JD, CRC®
Julie is vice president of Rosenthal Retirement Planning, LP. She is a licensed attorney and is a Registered Representative with National Planning Corporation, a Registered Broker/Dealer. Julie has also earned the Certified Retirement Counselor® certification. Prior to her current role with Rosenthal Retirement Planning, LP, she spent six years in the private practice of law, advising clients in the areas of tax, estate planning and probate. Julie has taught Business Law at The University of Texas at Arlington and Wills & Probate at Texas Wesleyan University. She also served as president for the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association and served on the board for Tarrant County Women’s Bar Association. Julie received her undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and her law degree from SMU School of Law. She has passed the CPA Exam, the Bar Exam and two securities exams. Julie and Burk live in Fort Worth with their twin daughters.

Rosenthal Retirement Planning, LP is an independent financial advisory firm with offices in Fort Worth, Dallas and Las Colinas.
