LEWISVILLE (WBAP/KLIF NEWS) The owner of a home daycare where an infant died this month is behind bars because police say she was taking care of kids without a state license.
“The state has laws to make sure people are doing that correctly and following the rules and taking care of those children as best and as safe as they can.”
Lewisville Police Captain Dan Rochelle explains it will be up to the medical examiner to determine how the boy died.
